This is our Brettanomyces fermented cider from cider apples from Ross cider (80% Dabinett & 20% Browns).  We have bottle conditioned with a Champagne yeast and a little sugar.   Super dry, sparkling, delightful to drink, keeps disappearing home with Allen and Jane!!

Tasting Notes

All wild and juicy on the palate, an almost peachy nutty flavour,  a typical brettanomyces 'horse blanket' aroma, which is much better than it sounds!!
