Food Heritage
We had a strong dry cider in our portfolio (Panking Pole 6.2%) but decided to trial a sweeter strong cider. Libertine was born and it is a heady blend of cider apples with their bittersweet and bittersharp tannic notes and a toffee-ish sweetness. It is now infamous walking away with many best in class medals eg Best in Class & Gold Cider World 2020 and 2019; Gold for Libertine & Classic Cider Cup in the biennial International Cider Awards 2019, Gold and Best in Class at Great Lakes (GLINTCAP) in the USA, 2019.
