This 2020 vintage is a wonderful fresh pressed fermentation of new and traditional bittersharp and bittersweet cider apple varieties including Hastings, Gilly and Dabinett, from an orchard in deepest Herefordshire. Gilly was named after Gilly Turner the indispensable PA in Bulmers Fruit office!

Luscious astringency with apple softness, which complement the parched dry profile. Sip slowly and savour the wonderfully sharp and chewy bite.

Our cloudy, unfiltered strong cider is gently carbonated to bring out the best of this strictly limited vintage. So when it’s gone….it’s gone!
