COLLECTION:

Please allow a working day before collecting your order.  We're open Monday - Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-1pm.

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY:

Costs for deliveries are additional to the price of the product. Despatch will normally be on a Tuesday/Thursday on a next day courier service.  Our standard delivery of UK Mainland is determined by our couriers interpretation of geography. Please select Scottish Highlands if you are in the following postcodes: AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV1 - IV28, IV30 - IV32, IV30 - IV36, IV52 - IV54, IV63, KW1 - KW14, PA21 - PA38, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, BT. Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland would also require additional payment. Please contact us for a quote. We can only deliver to the UK.  Parcels must be signed for by someone over 18.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Upon receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch the goods as detailed above. If the unlikely event that your chosen goods are out of stock, no longer available and we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment and advise you by email.

If our courier is unable to deliver your goods they will leave details of options for delivery.

Your order should arrive within 3 to 7 working days. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your cider within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at allen@hoganscider.co.uk, or call us on 01789 488433 between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 9.00am-1pm Friday.

Please note items that are returned to us by the courier as undelivered we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order.
